Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item. Fashion City covers return shipping costs when the item is defective or we made an error.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. After verification, we may provide a replacement with the same product, subject to availability.
